really good hospitality at palm
caring staffnice staypersonal notehelpful concierge
I found the staff respectful and caring. cheen and suranga anticipated my long flight and were really nice too ensure my comfort. marina and adam in cordelia were attentive. Marina even provided a personal thank you note. gudfrey and paul, the concierge team, were always available and helpful.
the beach was a bit of a walk, and the music there was too loud and not to my taste. it felt a bit disconnected from the otherwise calm atmosphere of the hotel.

The hotel includes a spa. it also includes a gym. a mall connects to the hotel and has various shops. We loved the ease of access.

The hotel offers butler service. staff members are attentive and address requests promptly. We appreciated their efficiency. the concierge service is always available and helpful. They always answered my questions quickly.

I really appreciated the direct access to the mall. It was very convenient. the room was spacious with a super comfortable bed. I slept so well. the valet service impressed me because it was efficient even when the driveway was busy. their professional team handled everything quickly, a great start to the visit.
the holds placed on my credit card before, during, and after the stay were excessive. i found the process for incidentals unnecessary and inconvenient. it took a while to have the funds released back.

the hotel features a beautiful infinity pool located on the third floor. there is also a private beach offering a tranquil setting, and guests can enjoy various water activities and relaxing moments by the sea, but i didn't try it.
